Acceptance

By accessing dataschemabase.digital or engaging Dataschema Base for fixed-income yield curve tracking and related market analysis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.

Services described

Pages describing analyses, briefings, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing (email confirmation is sufficient unless your organisation requires a formal purchase order or contract).

Nature of analysis

Our work is professional market analysis and interpretation. It is not brokerage, custody, fund management, or a personalised solicitation to buy or sell a specific security for retail investors. You remain responsible for decisions taken inside your mandate and for compliance with laws that apply to your organisation.

Intellectual property

Website content, written curve notes, and briefing materials remain the property of Dataschema Base unless a written agreement assigns rights. You may use delivered notes internally within your organisation. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them without prior written consent.

Client materials

Materials you share for an engagement remain yours. We use them only to prepare and deliver the agreed analysis, subject to confidentiality arrangements you request.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit false contact details. We may refuse or end an engagement if information provided is misleading or if the requested work would breach applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Dataschema Base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on analysis, including trading losses, opportunity costs, or internal committee outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements originating from our Bangkok office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if they apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active written engagements follow the terms stated in their confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise.
