Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid analyses and briefings offered by Dataschema Base: Yield Curve Advisory sessions, Auction Week Reads, Duration Stress Reviews, and Briefing Retainers. It does not cover goods, software licences, or subscription products we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement, when you cancel within the windows below, or when we cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons under our control. Fees already earned for work completed are not refundable except as stated here.

Cancellation by you — single sessions

• More than five business days before the scheduled session: full refund of fees paid for that session, or a free reschedule to a new date within three months.
• Two to five business days before: 50% refund, or reschedule with a THB 3,000 administrative fee.
• Fewer than two business days, or no-show: no refund. We may offer a reschedule at our discretion if capacity allows.

Auction Week Reads

Because preparation is timed to a specific sale, cancellations inside three business days of the auction are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations follow the single-session windows above.

Duration Stress Reviews

If we have already prepared the scenario sheet and you cancel inside five business days, we retain 40% of the fee for preparation and refund the balance, unless you reschedule within one month.

Retainers

Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. You may cancel with twenty business days’ written notice before the next billing date. The current month is non-refundable once notes or calls for that month have begun. Unused call slots do not convert to cash refunds.

Work already started

If you commission a Yield Curve Advisory and we have completed the pre-read, then cancel before the meeting, we may invoice a preparation fee of up to 30% of the session price and refund any larger prepaid balance.

Deposits

When a deposit is requested to hold a date, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable inside five business days of the session, except when we cancel.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per single session if requested with at least three business days’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a THB 2,000 fee.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate in writing. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe weather closures, civil emergencies, or infrastructure failures preventing the session) entitle you to a full reschedule or full refund of prepaid fees for the affected session. Differences of analytical opinion after delivery are not grounds for a refund; we will, however, correct factual errors in a delivered note at no charge.
