Information we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, analysis of interest)
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when our hosting environment records them
- Optional analytics cookies if you accept them (see our cookies page)
- Engagement records needed to deliver analysis (organisation name, scheduling details, billing contacts)
We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card primary account numbers, or unnecessary sensitive data through the website contact form.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule briefings, deliver fixed-income yield curve analysis, issue invoices, improve the website, and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on your relationship with us and applicable law, we rely on steps needed to respond to your request, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations for accounting or regulatory requests.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for up to seven years for accounting and professional records, or longer if a dispute requires it. Analytics data, if enabled, follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We use hosting, email, and professional service providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or a competent authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable requirements and the nature of the data.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection rules and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent without affecting site access. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a professional advisory practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly confidential book details through the public contact form — we can arrange a secure channel after first contact.
Updates
We may revise this notice by updating this page. Significant changes will be reflected by the date context of the published page and, where appropriate, a note to active clients.
